How it started
What we did
Catcheck sold cat food through WooCommerce and wanted to move to Shopify without losing customers, subscriptions or search rankings. We did the whole move in one project, from data to launch.
- 01
Conversion optimisation
We started with the question of where visitors drop off. Every page we worked on was set up to make choosing and ordering easier.
AnalysisProduct pagesCheckout - 02
Page speed
Pages that load fast, especially on mobile. We kept apps, images and code light, so the store feels quick.

The full migration
We moved products, customers and orders from WooCommerce to Shopify. Then we set up the store again and went through the checkout flow before going live.

Subscriptions through Firmhouse
Recurring orders run through Firmhouse. We brought existing subscriptions along, so customers simply kept their regular delivery.
FirmhouseExisting subscriptions - 05
SEO kept
Every old URL got a redirect to the new page. That kept the rankings they had built in Google as intact as possible.

With Shopify Markets the store is ready for multiple countries, with its own settings per market.
