We move everything to a private copy, check what arrived incorrectly and do it again. The real changeover is at least the third time we complete the process.

can we keep our design?+–
Yes. We can recreate the existing design in Shopify. Many businesses also use the move to improve parts that no longer fit their catalogue or customers.
how long is the store unavailable?+–
We keep the old store active until the new environment is ready. Around the changeover there can be a short period when updates or orders need extra attention. We schedule that for a quiet moment.
what happens to our visibility in google?+–
We map important existing pages and send visitors and search engines to the correct new page. After the move we monitor for a month whether any addresses are missing or lead to the wrong place.
do you move stores from woocommerce or magento?+–
Yes. We also work with Lightspeed and independently built stores. Every system stores products and customers differently, so we investigate that before the first practice run.
how is the price of the move determined?+–
We look at the amount and quality of your information, catalogue, number of languages, required store and connected systems such as stock or accounting software. After the first review you receive a clear quote covering the work, schedule and price.
do we lose customer accounts or order history?+–
We move customers, addresses and historical orders and check them before the new store goes live. Passwords normally cannot be moved. We therefore agree in advance how customers regain access and how we explain that to them.
can we keep selling during the move?+–
Yes. The old store stays active until the changeover. The new store only goes live after ordering, paying and processing have been checked with a real test order.
what needs to move safely to shopify?
Tell us which store you use now, how many products you have and which other systems work with it. We can then assess the amount of work and the risks of the move honestly.
